Crafted with high-grade EPDM/NBR rubber compound (70-75 Shore A hardness) that features excellent oil resistance, aging resistance and compression recovery, the product is integrally formed with precision-stamped metal backing plates through high-temperature vulcanization technology, ensuring tight bonding without delamination or deformation. Each pad undergoes rigorous fatigue testing, compression testing and temperature cycle testing, which can effectively absorb mechanical vibration and road impact, isolate operational noise of engine and chassis, and prevent premature wear of components such as cab suspension, gearbox and rear leaf spring bushings.
